The Padded Hip BELT is a replacement unit for all Nimrod packs. If you add the N-5f shoulder harness you will have the Base Belt Pack that is the foundation for every Nimrod pack system. This belt is a medical grade 5/8" closed cell foam with thermoformed ribbing that channels air through the belt offering a cooler suspension. Built of 1000d cordura fabric and ballistic nylon the belt is tough as it comes. The 2" belt webbing portion will separate from the padded portion via velcro hook & loop, this allows accessories to be added to the side of the belt if needed. It includes the new generation shelter housing/ rapid deployment and a MRE 700 cu inch gear pocket for your smaller needed items. Attaches to the system with quick release buckles.
